Cub Scout Record Book
This record book will track your path through your years as a Cub Scout. In here you will record all the major events and challenges that you will undertake as a Cub Scout. With guidance from your Leaders you will challenge yourself against the tasks which lead to the Bronze, Silver and Gold Boomerangs. You can decide on the challenges you set yourself as you choose to do Achievement Badges from the areas of Arts and Literature; Nature, Science and Technology; Sports and recreation; Our World; and from the Special Interest Badges.
By doing these things you will have the opportunity to gain the Grey Wolf Award. This is not an easy award to get, however if you work at it you will find that as you progress through Cub Scouts you will get nearer to the goal!
This is your book, it is your record. We wish you all the best with the activities you undertake and remember there are always people who can help you with your chosen activities. You may look for help from your Leaders, your family and your teachers.

Each Cub has been provided with an A4 lined book. This book is to assist the Cubs with keeping notes for their badge work. Some badge work requires you to keep a diary or explain certain aspects of the badge.
The Cubs are required to bring both books in for badge work.
When Cubs arrive at the Scout hall, they are to place their yellow book and homework book on the table with the Badge Tester and write down their name and the badge they wish to be tested on on the list. This will enable the Badge Tester to call each Cub in order.
